Directions: If you are coming from Johnson Village, take a left going toward Salida.
Go 6.3 miles to County Road 162. You will see a sign for Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Take a right (no option - that is the only way you can turn.) Go 6.3 miles to the front gate of Deer Valley Ranch, once you pass that opening you will see a county road sign for 289/290 - take that left. You will aslo see a sign that has Hahns Haven B&B, telling you to take a left as well. Go less than a tenth of a mile across a concrete bridge and take an immediate left onto 289. Go up a small hill, go around what used to be a lake, and then once you go up a smidge bit of a hill - you will see a county sign off to your left for 289A. Take that left and go less than a tenth of a mile to my sign - take a left in front of the sign and that drops down into the property!
